William Campbell Gallery is proud to announce the upcoming expansive exhibition featuring the current and long standing stable of artists. This collection has been curated over 4 decades and includes new artists as well. The show is a celebration of the unparalleled talent represented by the gallery. Over 36 artists will be on view across both gallery locations.
Compendium Revealed kicks off the Spring 2023 season and pays tribute to the gallery’s beloved artists for their trusted partnership and distinguished talents. The event represents the coming together of valued individuals, gathering as one to celebrate creativity and growth through the strength of trusted relationships.
The show will be housed across the breadth of the William Campbell Gallery reach at both the original Byers Avenue location; as well as the new Foch Street gallery located in the heart of The Foundry District of Fort Worth.
The Foch Street location will house a striking collection including works by: Julie Lazarus, Lloyd Martin, Kevin Tolman, Cecil Touchston, JT Grant, Michelle Benoit, Billy Hassell, Benito Huerta, Bernd Haussmann, Steve Murphy, Jake Gilson, James Blake, Frank X Tolbert, Stephen Daly, Brian Moore, Richard Thompson, Scottie Parsons, and James Marshall.
The original Byers Avenue gallery will highlight pieces by: Randall Reid, John Fraser, Arno Kortschot, Dalton Maroney, Tom Hollenbeck, Peter Stephens, Joachim Kerstien, Kris Cox, Ken Dixon, Harmony Padgett, Peter Maier, Judy Youngblood, John Holt Smith, Julio Larraz, Luther Smith, Jeff Kellar, Ken Hale, Bob Daddy-O Wade, and Alex Katz.
Both William Campbell Gallery locations at Foch Street and Byers Avenue will host the opening reception on Saturday, the 11th of February from 4 – 7pm. The show will run through Saturday, March 11, 2023, with many intimate events at both locations throughout the showing.

ABOUT THE GALLERY
Founded in 1974 by Bill and Pam Campbell, William Campbell Gallery exhibits high-quality contemporary art in a variety of media, including paintings, works on paper, mixed-media constructions, photography, prints, ceramics, and sculpture. By exhibiting nationally recognized artists, along with new and emerging talent, the gallery continues to nurture an awareness and appreciation of the exciting diversity found in contemporary art as it has over the past 49 years.
The gallery announced its new ownership in December of 2020 to the Fort Worth Contemporary Art Partners (FWCAP), which includes Tim and Misty Locke, Jadz Pate, Clayton Snodgrass, and J.W. and Andrea Wilson. InMay 2022, a second gallery location at 217 Foch Street was opened to feature additional works in a modern, bright and alternative environment. The gallery announces the new Director Anne Kelly Lewis in January of 2023.
