Color Theory: Modern and Mineral Pigments: What’s the difference? We will be doing a lot of color mixing. Identifying and picking colors that work well together. Using helpful guides on choosing the right colors for your composition. We will make two several paintings that show the differences between modern and mineral paint and you will learn how you can make better decisions in paint and the types of paint for color mixing. Some pigments may go off the market so how can we use a modern paint color to substitute a mineral color we want? Finally, I will show you how you take just eight colors and make a huge variety of colors with just those eight. You will not to bring any materials, all paint, surfaces and equipment will be supplied.
