Artspace111 is pleased to present the dual exhibition, Heavenly View, featuring new works by Jim Malone and Dennis Farris. This exciting show presents two views of national parklands that address the grandeur of these vast landscapes that few of us experience more than once in a lifetime. Jim Malone’s works on paper will transport you to Big Bend, with desert mountain views and meteor streaked skies. Through printmaking, painting, sculpture and new media, each artist uses personal narrative to discuss their Mexican American identity in relationship to their generational experience with immigration. Artspace111 is dedicated to its vital role in the city of Fort Worth, and to making contemporary art approachable to individuals of all ages. With its sculpture and distinctive architectural character, the gallery offers a striking setting to host corporate and private events, and is also available for tours and other social gatherings.
