Entry Forms due September 21, 2019 (postmarked date)
Open to all artists 16 and older, using 2D media, such as oil, acrylic, collage, pen & ink, watercolor, pencil, etc, and Photography with/without digital manipulation. On registration day, pick up map, with locations of designated places to “paint” or photograph, and a Rowlett Chamber of Commerce Welcome Bag. NOTE: Artists MUST begin on site from SKETCHES. Reference photos may be used to complete art. No entries accepted that were previously entered in any Small Works or Paint & Photograph shows. All photos entered must be taken during the designated days.
ENTRY: POSTMARKED no later than Saturday, Sept. 21, 2019 – NO EXCEPTIONS!

TAKE-IN: Sat., Oct. 12, 2019, 10-12noon, Rowlett Annex Bldg, 4004 Main, must be framed and matted when
appropriate, and ready to hang with wire — no other hanging methods will be accepted. Please see below.

Best of Show $500, with 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place for each the 2D media category photography category, various purchase awards, including the Mayor’s Award City of Rowlett, and the Rowlett Chamber of Commerce.
Artists Round Texas reserves the right to refuse art not meeting eligibility requirements and/or any with content considered unsuitable. All art must be for sale, and may not be removed before the end of show without permission. Artists handle their own sales, with removal of art at the end of the show, if possible.
