Association of Grand Prairie Artists meeting – December 3rd

Beginning at 6:30 pm this Monday, December 3rd at the Grand Prairie Chamber of Commerce.
 
Program
The demonstrations at our meetings are intended to be interactive, informative and educational    Attendees sit close to the artist and observe in detail how they work.  There is ongoing Q and A as well as a constant stream of conversation between the art demonstrator and the audience.
 
Our demonstrator this month is Sarah Graham.
 

She is a gifted watercolorist who likes to paint expressive portraits and dramatic landscapes.

Sarah currently lives and paints in Dallas and is known for her sensitive touch with watercolors, especially her portraits. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts from Houghton College and also studied art and portraiture in Italy. In addition to receiving national and regional recognition for her work in competitive art shows such as Texas and Neighbors Regional Exhibition and Society of Watercolor Artist’s International Exhibition.   She loves to take the train into the city and watch people or go “exploring” with her sketchbook.
