During this workshop we will create (carve) a two color chiaroscuro linoleum print using relief printmaking tools (u-gauges and v-gauges). Students will learn how to transfer and register an image using an etching press. We will print a small edition on paper (lightweight bfk). The instructor is Richie Pena.
Students are encouraged to bring a sketch sized at 8″x7″.
Although this is an intro/beginning class all skill levels are welcome!
