Celeste’s minimalist abstract calligraphy, ensō, and sumi-e style paintings communicate meaning through bold lines, energetic curves, and meditative circles. Kat sculpts stone into glorious curves and sharp edges that reference humanity and the animal kingdom. Refreshments will be served.You are invited to a great event in our arts community! The bulk of this show consists of two six-feet high by thirty-feet long linear paintings of highly variable abstract marks. In addition, there is a single 6′ x 4′ brightly colored panel. Join her at 7 pm for her Artist’s Walk, when she’ll take you on a tour of her art, sharing inspirations, techniques, and fun facts. Q & A follows.
