Apply Today for BCA’s Leadership Arts Institute Classes of 2023
Business Council for the Arts (BCA) is accepting applications for the 2022-2023 classes of Leadership Arts Institute (LAI) in both Dallas County as well as Collin and Denton Counties.
LAI was founded by philanthropist and business leader Ray Nasher in 1989 to train and develop the next generation of business professionals who will support the arts in North Texas. Participants will join a community of more than 1,300 professionals who have served on over 300 nonprofit boards of directors in the region, strengthening them with a powerful combination of business skills and board leadership.
Companies as diverse as American Airlines, The Beck Group, Frost Bank, Grant Thornton, Texas Instruments, and Vinson & Elkins have utilized LAI to enhance leadership skills and broaden community engagement of select employees furthering their companies’ ESG efforts. This highly respected nine-month program covers topics such as board roles and responsibilities, fundraising and development, current issues in the arts, leadership skills, and community development. The deadline to apply for this year’s class is July 29, 2022. The earlybird application deadline to receive $100 off tuition is next Friday, April 15, 2022.
