‘Beyond the Streets’ Mural Exhibition

This summer, local artists and organizations transformed the plywood boards on neighborhood businesses in Deep Ellum into canvases to share messages of unity and equity while highlighting ongoing injustices in our society in the wake of George Floyd’s murder.
Along with Deep Ellum 100, the Deep Ellum Foundation worked to document, collect, and preserve these murals along with area businesses and partners. They are being exhibited together for the first time in an outdoor exhibition called “Beyond the Streets.” The public is invited to view the exhibition opening at Deep Ellum Art Co. now through October 17th!
