A free reception will be held February 8 from 5-7 p.m. in conjunction with Irving Black Arts Council’s Annual Black History Month Exhibition: Artistic Expressions from Within (Feb 1-March 1). Featured artists Chesley Antoinette, Sanah Brown-Bowers, Sharda Ferrell, Ozioma Igbokwe, Mercedes Lewis, Robbyn Miles and Zaria Parker will be in attendance.
