McKinney ART WALK Want to participate during the October Second Saturday Art Walk, this October 12th? Please let us know in the link at the bottom of this email*
We moved the Art Walk to October in response to artist feedback about outside temperatures—it should be beautiful that time of year!
The advertised time for the Art Walk is 10 am – 8 pm, with downtown merchants providing drink samples from 5-8 pm. You may arrive earlier or stay later if you would like.
Where you set up is up to you:
- There is no fee.
- You can either set up:
- inside a downtown merchant (with their permission),
- on the sidewalk in front of a downtown merchant (with their permission), or
- on the lawn of the McKinney Performing Arts Center (MPAC), first come, first served.
- Artists must provide their own table & chairs.
- Tents/Umbrellas will only be allowed around the MPAC and are not allowed on the sidewalk in front of merchants.
- Access to electricity cannot be guaranteed.
