Tactile= designed to be perceived by touch
Call for entries. A group show featuring art by the sighted and non-sighted where the art is intended to be touched or gently handled. 2D, 3D and installations will be accepted.
The show will be Saturday, May 18th at The Grackle Art Gallery, 4621 El Campo Ave. The Grackle Art Gallery is a non profit, 501 c3 art and music venue that exists solely to promote creative expression and provide an outlet for local artists to show their work and perform their music.
We are putting this call for entries out early so that artists can make pieces for this show with the understanding that they will be touched. We will make every effort to ensure your work will not be damaged.
The Grackle Art Gallery does not charge any fees or commissions.
